Radar — backend is live, frontend not built yet

This placeholder is served from the ASSETS binding. The API is running alongside it in the same Worker.

Check it yourself:

• GET /api/health — Worker and D1 status
• GET /api/catalogue — every check, its point value, and the grade bands
• POST /api/scan — { "url": "example.com" }

Frontend agent: start at docs/FRONTEND_HANDOFF.md, then docs/SPEC/API.md. Replace every file in frontend/ — nothing here is worth keeping.
